DS Smith to move into MLP Czeladź
POLAND Packaging manufacturer DS Smith has leased 6,500 sqm of BTS warehouse and production space in the MLP Czeladź park just outside Katowice and will move in at the end of Q2 2019. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

POLAND As many as 17 hotels with around 2,000 rooms were delivered to the Warsaw market in the first three quarters of 2018 representing a 20 pct increase in the number of hotels and a 16.8 pct increase in the number of rooms.
