GERMANY The McFit chain of fitness clubs is to open The Mirai, a 50,000 sqm fitness complex in Oberhausen, by the end of 2019.

SLOVAKIA Yit together with local partner Immocap has acquired a 3.7 ha plot in the centre of Bratislava’s Nove mesto district The land is the site of the former Istropolis Cultural and Congress centre.

HUNGARY Cushman & Wakefield has represented a global banking corporation in the lease of 5,000 sqm in the refurbished City Gate office building in Budapest owned by CA Immo. The tenant should move in October.
