Komfort Łazienki comes to Janki
POLAND Homepark Janki has renewed a lease with a retailer Komfort and signed up a new tenant Komfort Łazienki. The transactions, brokered by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, totalled nearly 1,400 sqm. Homepark Janki is owned by Pradera.
Investment up for Romania
ROMANIA The total investment volume for 2017 was of EUR 930 mln. a 24 pct increase compared to 2016 and the second highest figure since 2008, according to the latest ‘Market View’ report by CBRE.
Warehouse sector on a roll
