EPP buys Inowrocław mall
POLAND Echo Polska Properties (EPP) has completed the purchase of the Galeria Solna shopping centre in Inowrocław from ACE 1, an SPV company owned by Libra Project and Acteeum Group, for EUR 55.4 mln.

Cordia plans Bucharest project
ROMANIA Futureal subsidiary Cordia has re-entered Bucharest with a 400 apartment project to be built on 13 plots with an area of 15,336 sqm.
Nordecon to work on Tallinn ring road
ESTONIA Nordecon has been appointed to rebuild a 2.2 km section of the Tallinn ring road between kilometres 0.6 and 2.8. Under the contract a dual carriageway is to be built as well as the Veneküla tunnel and a railway flyover.
Karolinka and Solaris: new brands, bigger stores
POLAND The retail centres Solaris Center and Karolinka in Opole have signed lease extension with a number of tenants. Rockcastle Poland, which owns both centres, has also signed a number of new leases New tenants in Karolinka include New Balance, Express Klucze and Moje Pieczywo with a Maxi Zoo to be opened in August.
