POLAND Skanska has officially started the construction of building B in the Spark office complex in Warsaw. The 18,000 sqm building with 10 storeys will have development costs of EUR 44 mln.

POLAND The Grand Park Rusałka hotel, which is under construction on the banks of Rusałka lake in Szczecin, will have more than 25 rooms, an underground spa and a place for renting boats.

POLAND Central Fund of Immovables, which is part of the CFI Holding capital group, has signed an agreement with Viart to jointly develop the Apartamenty Mackiewicza building in Łódź. CFI is to invest PLN 10.5 mln in the project, which will comprise 80 apartments.

POLAND Skanska has launched construction work on the Brama Miasta office project in Gdańsk in a total investment of around EUR 46 mln.

POLAND CityFit Gym is to occupy an area of 1,800 sqm (app. 17 pct of the total area) of the Principio office building in Kraków, which is being developed by Ekopark at ul. Armii Krajowej 25. It will be the first fitness club of the brand in Kraków.
