EUR 1 bln deal closed
POLAND Chariot Top Group (Chariot), a company set up and co-managed by Griffin Real Estate, has finalised the acquisition of a retail portfolio from Ares, AXA and Apollo Rida.

Echo sees 54 pct sales increase
POLAND Echo Investment sold 1,427 apartments last year, 54 pct more than in 2016. The company also completed 1,006 apartments, up 120 pct.

WORLD LPP intends to open 50 stores in 2018. As a result the retail area of LPP's five brands would increase by another 100,000 sqm. The company intends also to enter five new markets with either online or brick and mortar stores.
