J.P. Morgan announces Polish entry

Slower three months for Russian investment
RUSSIA In the first three quarters of the year, Russia’s real estate investment declined by 13 pct compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching USD 2.7 bln, JLL reports.

Rising interest in green certification
CEE REGION The first half of 2017 saw a significant increase in interest for sustainability certificates from the owners of completed projects, with almost all the investors in new development projects targeting the highest levels of certification, according to development, design and green certification company BuildGreen.
Retail set for 60 pct of 2017 volumes
POLAND The stock of modern retail space in Poland has now reached 11.44 mln sqm after 25,800 sqm was added to the market in five projects in H1, according to the latest Retail Research Forum report published by the Polish Council of Shopping Centres.
