ESTONIA/LATVIA/LITHUANIA Vacancy rates in shopping centres in the Baltic states varied from 0.9 pct in Tallinn, to 1.6 pct in Vilnius and 2.7 pct. In Riga, according to the “Q1 2017 Property Snapshot” report by Colliers International. Rents in prime shopping centres stood at EUR 23-48 per sqm per month in Tallinn, EUR 30-55 in Riga and EUR 25-48 in Vilnius. Rents are higher on the high streets with Riga again being the most expensive at EUR 30-55 per sqm per month. In Tallinn it is EUR 23 – 48 and in Vilnius they stand at EUR 25-48 per sqm per month.
