Major extension for PLC
POLAND The Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdańsk is to be enlarged by the addition of a new, 36,700 sqm warehouse.

World’s Biggest sound installation - probably
ESTONIA Exhibition The newly-opened Estonian National Museum in Tartu, Estonia has a permanent exhibition called "Echo of the Urals". It’s exhibits teach about all the Northern Finno-Ugric cultures, and includes an interactive sound installation that is probably the largest in the world. Spread over 1,000 sqm, the installation uses 126 speakers to play 140 different audio channels.

BIG takes Belgrade Plaza
SERBIA Plaza Centers has signed a sales agreement for the 32,300 sqm Belgrade Plaza shopping centre to BIG Shopping Centers, having signed a letter of intent in November last year.
Green light for Dekada in Nysa
POLAND On January 18th, the town of Nysa approved a new local zoning plan so that a Dekada shopping centre can be built with two storeys, 19,000 sqm and around 80 outlets including a four-screen cinema.

Tétris builds with Black&Decker
POLAND Power tool manufacturer Stanley Black&Decker has opened its new office in the Proximo building in Warsaw after completion of the fit out by Tétris under an open-book design-and-build contract.
