POLAND Logistics space developer Prologis has launched construction work on the fourth building in Prologis Park Szczecin distribution park in north-western Poland.
POLAND Atrium Poland Real Estate Management, which has been working on the extension of its flagship Atrium Promenada shopping centre in Warsaw since last year, also plans to add more space to its other two retail assets in the city.

ROMANIA British Romanian Investment Partnership, part of the British investment fund ARDC, has started the construction of its New Residence Bucharest project in Bucharest’s Drumul Taberei district.

ESTONIA Estonian office and contract furniture manufacturer Standard has provided the furnishings for the newly opened ABB business service centre in Tallinn, including workplaces for 400 people and 16 meeting rooms with electrical fittings and multimedia facilities. This is one of the biggest office furnishing projects in Estonia in 2016.
