Capital Park takes control of Galeria Zaspa
POLAND The Capital Park group has signed a contract to purchase 47 pct staked in the SPV company that owns Galeria Zaspa from Akron, making the Warsaw-based investor the sole owner of the oldest shopping centre in the TriCity.

Fewer new malls on the cards
WORLD A total of 33.5 mln sqm of shopping centre space is currently under construction across the world’s major cities, according to a new research report by CBRE. The figures suggest a slowdown in the pipeline from 41.9 mln sqm at the same time last year.
