Carrefour in Lublin’s Olimp
POLAND Carrefour Polska has leased 2,200 sqm in Galeria Olimp in Lublin. Transhurt, the owner of the centre, was represented by Colliers International for the transaction.
Higher margins from fashion
POLAND Clothing retail group LPP’s consolidated sales revenue for March 2017 amounted to app. PLN 466 mln – 12 pct higher than the revenue generated in March 2016. Its estimated gross margin was app. 60 pct – 8 percentage points higher than in the same month the previous year.

ESTONIA Estonian Centre of Architecture is holding an international competition to find a project to represent Estonia at the 16th La Biennale di Venezia Architecture Exhibition to be held in Venice. The first stage of the public two-stage competition will close on the 31st of May, 2017 with five entries being chosen to move onto the second stage, all of which are to be exhibited publicly on the 15th June 2017 in Tallinn.
