Groundbreaking plaque in northern tip

Inpro sells less but makes more
POLAND TriCity-based developer Inpro Group generated PLN 29.3 mln of consolidated net profit in 2016 (up from PLN 25.8 mln in 2015) and sales revenue of PLN 204.6 mln – 3 pct less than last year, but with a net increase in profitability from 12 pct to 14 pct. Apartments sold by the group brought in app. PLN 178 mln gross. In 2017 the group intends to have 718 new apartments and houses available for purchase.

Bydgoszcz ready for first outlet centres
POLAND In Bydgoszcz, which currently has ten shopping centres with a total area of over 272,000 sqm, the first outlet centres will be opened in the city: Outlet Center Bydgoszcz (11,000 sqm ) and Metropolitan Outlet (17,000 sqm).
Erbud adds to portfolio
POLAND At the end of last year, Erbud Group had a record number of orders on its books, worth more than PLN 2 bln. The group also increased its revenue last year to almost PLN 1.79 mln, which was 4.34 pct higher than 2015. Its operating income (EBIT) rose 12.53 pct to PLN 45.8 mln.

Almost 10,000 leased in West Station II
POLAND ATM software developer Diebold Nixdorf has leased 9,700 sqm of space in the West Station II building on Al. Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. The company is to set up its Polish headquarters in the building, which is scheduled for completion this Autumn.

First Property sells warehouse to tenant
ROMANIA First Property Group is to sell a warehouse building in to sell a logistics warehouse in Ploiești to the building’s current tenant – Aquila Part Prod – for EUR 3.2 mln with a pre-tax profit of just over EUR 1 mln.

Galeria Amber with 16 mln visitors in three years
POLAND Galeria Amber, owned by Echo Polska Properties, attracted 16 mln visitors in the first three years of its operations. In 2014 the number of visitors exceeded 3.9 mln, in 2015 over 5.2 mln people came and in 2016 there were 5.7 mln.
