Riga Castle restoration complete
LATVIA After a renovation, Riga Castle has regained its historic glory. The castle front has been restored and the East wing extended. State real estate company Valsts Nekustamie Īpašumi commissioned the work, which took five years to complete, from SBRE, a general partnership of Re&Re and Skonto Būve.

First office tenant in Wroclavia
POLAND Unibail-Rodamco has signed up its first office tenant for the Wroclavia mixed use complex, which it is developing in Wrocław with IT provider PGS Software to occupy an area of 3,000 sqm.

POLAND The National Disabled Rehabilitation Fund (PFRON) has signed a lease for office and warehouse space at ul. Kolejowa 19 in Warsaw, a building that belongs to Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

Panattoni for DSV Solutions again
POLAND Panattoni Europe is to build another facility for DSV Solutions. The 25,000-square-metre logistics centre will be erected in Pęcice, as part of Panattoni Park Janki II. The cornerstone ceremony initiating the project took place already, and completion of the investment is scheduled for July 2017.

POLAND Skanska has sold the Maraton office building in Poznań to the UniImmo: Deutschland real estate fund managed by Union Investment. The value of the transaction comes to EUR 62 mln.

Fujitsu will move to Nowa Fabryczna
POLAND Fujitsu will open a new office in the Nowa Fabryczna office building, where it has leased 6,200 sqm of office space. So far, Fujitsu has been operating in Warsaw and two other locations in Łódź, where it launched its global services centre (Łódź Global Delivery Center – GDC), and financial shared services centre (Finance Services). The financial center will be relocated soon from Textorial Park to the new address.
