LITHUANIA Baltic Horizon Fund has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire the Duetto I office building in Vilnius for EUR 14.6 mln (excluding VAT) from YIT Kausta būstas with the seller having issued a guarantee of the property’s income for a period of two years.

Exclusive hotel at foot of Wawel
POLAND Angel Poland Group is planning to develop a five-star hotel and spa near the Wawel hill in the centre of Kraków. Located at ul. Stradomska 12-14, the 125-room hotel is to join the Autograph Collection Hotels lifestyle hotel brand, which belongs to Marriott International.

UKRAINE Two fashion stores Vovk and All Stars opened in the Forum Lviv shopping centre in Lviv. Vovk occupies 180 sqm of space on the first floor of the main gallery, while All Stars took 172 sqm of one of the atriums.

Riga Castle restoration complete
LATVIA After a renovation, Riga Castle has regained its historic glory. The castle front has been restored and the East wing extended. State real estate company Valsts Nekustamie Īpašumi commissioned the work, which took five years to complete, from SBRE, a general partnership of Re&Re and Skonto Būve.

Panattoni for DSV Solutions again
POLAND Panattoni Europe is to build another facility for DSV Solutions. The 25,000-square-metre logistics centre will be erected in Pęcice, as part of Panattoni Park Janki II. The cornerstone ceremony initiating the project took place already, and completion of the investment is scheduled for July 2017.
