TK Maxx claims part of Saturn in Janki
POLAND LC Properties, a company owned by London & Cambridge Properties, has leased 2,855 sqm to TK Maxx on the ground floor of the left wing of the Janki shopping centre near Warsaw.

Capital Park unveils ArtN retail concept
POLAND The signing of leases with the Orska jewellery brand and perfumery Quality for space in ArtN in Warsaw provided an opportunity for Capital Park, the investor behind the project, to unveil the retail concept of the project. Anna Orska, the owner of the Orska chain, is opening a 30 sqm boutique in the complex.

Atterbury buys into EUR 259 mln portfolio
SERBIA Atterbury Europe together with Attacq Limited have acquired a one-third stake in a EUR 259 mln gross asset value portfolio of seven Serbian shopping centres with MPC Properties – including the country’s largest mall, Ušće Shopping Centre in Belgrade.
