Prologis signs 137,000 sqm agreement with DHL
CZECH REPUBLIC DHL has renewed its 106,000 sqm lease and further expanded it by another 31,000 sqm in Prologis Park Prague-Jirny.

Accor takes over 155 luxury hotels
WORLD AccorHotels is set to buy 155 high-end hotels and resorts operated by the Canada-based Gulf-financed FRHI Holdings for app. USD 2.9 bln. The portfolio, which is comprised of the Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissôtel brands, includes such landmark sites as The Savoy in London, The Plaza Hotel in New York and Shanghai’s Fairmont Peace Hotel. It also embraces six CEE properties.
