POLAND Marina Royale is to be the first project of Belgian development company POC Partners in Poland. The seaside apartment building, which is to be built along the seashore in Darłowo, is to be constructed by CFE Polska in a contract worth PLN 200 mln.

POLAND The Mokotów Nova office building in Warsaw is to house the offices of Reckitt Benckiser Polska until 2020.
POLAND Archicom Invest has been chosen by Xcity Investment for further negotiations over the implementation of the Wrocław Świebodzki project. The partners are to revitalise the historic building of the Świebodzki railway station and commercially develop the surrounding area. They also plan to return railway traffic to the station.
