Warren Buffett's fast food chain to open 26 stores in Poland

KCI prepares work on Kraków office park
POLAND The KCI group has obtained a permit for the construction of Gremi Business Park in Kraków’s Zabłocie district and is now negotiating a contract with a potential partner for the project. A complex offering an office area in excess of 50,000 sqm is planned.
Budimex for Kępno ring road
POLAND The Opole branch of the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has chosen Budimex’s bid in the tender for the construction of the first section of the Kępno ring road, which forms part of the S11 expressway.

POLAND The Lastadia building at ul. Zbożowa 4 in Szczecin, which has been developed by SGI, has obtained a BREEAM In-Use certificate with a ‘Very Good’ rating in the asset category and an ‘Excellent’ rating in the building management category.
