Toruń's Atrium Copernicus now enlarged
POLAND Atrium Poland Real Estate Management-owned Atrium Copernicus shopping centre in Toruń has launched its new, 17,300 sqm retail section. Now the mall offers over 47,000 sqm of retail space in total.

Ronson starts latest stage of Moko
POLAND Ronson Development has started the construction and sale of apartments in the second stage of the Moko estate on ul. Magazynowa in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The second stage involves the construction of 160 apartments with areas ranging from 29 sqm to 139 sqm. The completion of the construction of this stage is planned for Q4 2016.

Cornerstone laid for Chorzów’s Centre of Applied Sciences
POLAND The foundation stone has been laid for the Centre of Applied Sciences, a part of the Silesian Centre for Educational and Interdisciplinary Research in Chorzów. The PLN 36 mln project will be carried out by Mostostal Warszawa.

Jelenia Góra mall topped off
POLAND “We have just reached another milestone in the Nowy Rynek project. The building is in its lockup stage,” Zygmunt Chyla, the president of the board at TK Development in Poland, said about the topping off ceremony which took place at the construction site where Jelenia Góra’s Nowy Rynek shopping mall is currently being developed.

POLAND Budimex has signed a PLN 96.5 mln contract on the construction of the Drewnica Masovian District Hospital in Ząbki near Warsaw.

New contractor for Warsaw Chopin Airport hotel
POLAND Consortium of Porr Polska and Porr Bau GmbH has won a PLN 138 mln tender to construct a five-star Renaissance hotel located at Warsaw Chopin Airport. The construction work on teh hotel is to be completed by the summer of 2016.

POLAND Construction company Karmar has signed a contract on erecting a mixed-use building in Warsaw’s Solec area. The project’s investor is Projekt Sawa Solec Residence.

Gdańsk residential estate nears completion
POLAND Inpro is set to start the construction work on the fourth and the final stage of the 84-building Wróbla Staw Domy residential estate in Gdańsk this spring.

POLAND Tarnów-based company ABM Solid, which is currently in bankruptcy open to arrangements, has become a subcontractor on two construction projects: a nursery school in Bieruń Nowy in the Silesian Province as well as council buildings in Tarnowskie Góry.

Warsaw's Plac Vogla underway
POLAND Construction company Erbud has entered a Wilanów construction site where it is set to erect a 5,000 sqm convenience centre for Ghelamco. The construction work on the Plac Vogla project is planned to begin in March.
Another Soho Factory stage given green light
POLAND A subsidiary of the Black Lion fund has received a building permit for the Tetris residential building, which is set to be developed in Warsaw’s Kamionek area. The project will be yet another residential building of the Soho Factory complex located at ul. Mińska 25 in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district.
