Construction of Dekada Brodnica gets underway
POLAND Erbud, the general contractor of the Dekada Brodnica mixed-use centre in Brodnica near Toruń, has started construction work on the construction of the project.

POLAND Erbud has been appointed the general contractor of the Nowy Rynek shopping centre, which is being developed in Jelenia Góra in a contract worth PLN 133.7 mln, with the work to be completed by October 2015.

Capital Art Apartments topped out
POLAND The ‘D’ building which is being developed as part of the Capital Art Apartments residential project has been topped out. Atlas Estates has completed the construction of the reinforced steel structure of the building as well as the first stage of building ‘E’.
Polimex-Mostostal stops building three roads
POLAND Polimex-Mostostal has withdrawn from three contracts to build two motorway sections and an expressway signed with the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA).

Skanska completes aquapark in Siedlce
POLAND The construction of the Park Wodny Siedlce aquapark has been completed. The project, which was commissioned by the development agency of the town of Siedlce, was completed by Skanska after taking over from a previous contractor.
Skanska to redevelop Zielonka road
POLAND Skanska has been commissioned by the Masovian Provincial Road Authority to redevelop a 2.1 km section of the provincial road no. 631 from Warsaw’s city limits to the so-called Węzeł Zielonka junction on the S 17 expressway, which is currently being planned.

Strabag consortium wins EUR 427 mln D1 contract
SLOVAKIA A consotrium made up of Doprastav (32 pct), Váhostav (32 pct), Strabag (32 pct) and Metrostav (4 pct) has won a EUR 427 mln contact to construct an 11 km section of the D1 motorway between Hričovské Podhradie and Lietavská Lúčka.
