RSSWork begins on Dekada Nowy Targ
POLAND Construction work has begun on the Dekada Nowy Targ convenience shopping centre. The investor behind the project, Dekada Realty, has appointed Erbet Nowy Sącz as the general contractor.
Construction volume falls by 14 pct in January
SLOVAKIA In January Slovakian construction output decreased by 14.1 pct y-on-y and by 3.3 pct m-o-m to EUR 206.9 mln, according to the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic (ŠÚ).
Dom Development builds train station
POLAND In June the first trains will stop at the Warszawa Zacisze-Wilno railway station, which is located on the Wilno estate in Warsaw – a project by Dom Development.
Marvipol locks horns with Mostostal
POLAND Marvipol has refused to accept Mostostal Warszawa’s termination of a contract to construct the Zielona Italia estate on ul. Obywatelska. Marvipol, the developer, regards the contract as binding and its termination to be unlawful.

POLAND Mostostal Warszawa has cancelled a contract with Marvipol to construct the Zielona Italia estate on ul. Obywatelska in Warsaw’s Włochy district.
Permitting goes digital
MACEDONIA From June 1st, building permits in the country are to be issued electronically.
Permits for two centres
ROMANIA Immochan, the real estate subsidiary of Auchan, has received building permits to convert two former factory sites into shopping centres. The two plants in question are the Tricodava factory in Bucharest and the Tractorul factory in Brașov.

Work on My Box begins

POLAND Mostostal Zabrze-Holding and the official receiver of Katowickie Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Budus have terminated their contract with the city of Łódź to design and construct a sports stadium and sports hall on al. Unii Lubelskiej.
