JLL to hold its tenth charity Volleyball tournament

POLAND A total of 60 teams from the real estate sector will compete in the 10th Charity Real Estate Beach Volleyball Tournament to be held by JLL under the honorary patronage of the Polish Volleyball Federation on August, 1st 2019 on the Vistula beach at Wybrzeże Helskie 1/5 in Warsaw. The tournament is to be followed by the Sports-After-Party at the La Playa Music Bar.

POLAND Eurobuild CEE’s 10th Office Market Conference for Poland - Trends & Outlooks took place on May 28th at The Heart in the Warsaw Spire. Are investors still queuing up for assets on the Polish market? According to the first panel of the conference, they certainly are. However, the panellists agreed that the yields for the best office buildings are unlikely to fall to 4 pct.
