In Cushman & Wakefield’s latest Hotel Operator Beat survey, Budapest was placed as the most attractive market in CEE, reaching 4.3 points on a 1–5 scale where 5 means very high interest. Prague is a little step down with 4.2 points, and Warsaw, Kraków and Bucharest complete the top 5 markets targeted by hotel operators.

Radisson Hotel Group has announced the debut of its Radisson RED brand in Serbia with the signing of Radisson RED Belgrade, set to open later this year. Poland Shed for students near the Wawel

Shed Living Kraków, a private student residence, is set to open in October this year in Kraków. The chain's first project in Poland has yet to be officially announced, but, as Eurobuild has learned, the dormitory will offer 566 fully equipped rooms for 722 students, as well as a range of amenities and services. The chain is planning further openings.
