RSSIbis Style enters Polish market

Hilton Garden Inn opens in Millenium Hall
POLAND The Hilton Garden Inn hotel has opened as part of the Millenium Hall shopping complex in Rzeszów. In August earlier this year the franchise deal and the right to use the Hilton Garden Inn name and logo was secured – the first of this chain in the Podkarpackie region.

Little price differentiation in Moscow hotels
RUSSIA In the upper upscale segment of the Moscow hotel market occupancy has risen from around 55 pct to 65 pct and RevPAR is almost 22 pct up on the 2011 figures and is the highest since 2008 being only 1,000 RUB below the RevPAR of the luxury segment.
