DTZ Echinox becomes Cushman & Wakefield Echinox
ROMANIA Cushman & Wakefield has signed an exclusive arrangement with DTZ Echinox for the latter to be its affiliate in Romania. The formal affiliate appointment follows the 2015 global merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ. DTZ Echinox had been DTZ’s partner in the country since 2002.

Good results for Polnord
POLAND In the first quarter of the year, Polnord sold 278 apartments net (219 apartments in Q1 2016). Including its percentage share of apartment sales by companies that are not wholly owned by the group, the company had sales that were equivalent to 335 apartments.
