EUROPE Fund manager Internos Global Investors has announced the first closing of its second hotel real estate fund with EUR 133 mln in equity from seven German institutional investors. All but one of these seven investors had already invested in Internos’ first hotel real estate fund which has recently reached EUR 500 mln of assets under management.

Warimpex finalises hotel portfolio sale

The company announced the sale in February, when the purchase contract was still pending subject to the fulfilment of the standard closing conditions for such real estate transactions.
