ROMANIA The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Banca Comercială Română (BCR) are to finance the expansion of the CTPark Bucharest West logistics park, some 20 km from Bucharest with a loan worth EUR 75.8 mln of which the EBRD is to provide EUR 36.7 mln.

Spar portfolio sold to Erste Asset Management
HUNGARY TREI Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Tengelmann group, has sold a portfolio supermarkets mainly leased by Spar to Erste Asset Management. The total size of the deal was in excess of 39,500 sqm. The stores are located across the country.

Refinancing for Royal Wilanów
POLAND Capital park subsidiary Hazel Investments has acquired EUR 62.5 mln in refinancing for the Royal Wilanów office building in Warsaw from BGŻ BNP Paribas and ING Bank Śląski with the loan to be paid back in five years.
Lords to invest over EUR 200 mln in Riga.
LATVIA Lords LB Special Fund V of the Lithuanian investment management company Lords LB Asset Management is going to invest more than EUR 200 mln into the property of former Press Chamber in Riga that was acquired for EUR 16.8 mln from Latvian Shipping Company, owned by Vitol.

POLAND Octava FIZAN has completed the purchase of a portfolio of eleven properties by buying 30 companies owned by two funds managed by BPH Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych that are currently being liquidated: BPH FIZ Sektora Nieruchomości and BPH FIZ Sektora Nieruchomości 2.
Tower to steal market share
POLAND Tower Investments is forecasting a profit of PLN 19.5 mln for 2018. The company has prepared a prospectus for the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and it is planning to debut on the WSE in the autumn. It also intends to set up a REIT in 2018. Tower Investments intends to use the funds acquired from the stock market to finance the development of its Multitower format, which are residential and service buildings designed to meet the requirements of the chains that the company is partnered with.

POLAND Plaza Centers has announced that it has completed the sale of a residential plot in Łódź for which it has received a final payment of EUR 0.96 mln.
