RSSDTZ Echinox becomes Cushman & Wakefield Echinox
ROMANIA Cushman & Wakefield has signed an exclusive arrangement with DTZ Echinox for the latter to be its affiliate in Romania. The formal affiliate appointment follows the 2015 global merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ. DTZ Echinox had been DTZ’s partner in the country since 2002.

POLAND Dino Polska has revealed the share price for its upcoming public offer – the final price for institutional investors, as established during the bookbuilding, is PLN 34.5 per share, while those to be offered to individual investors will cost PLN 33.5 per share.
Good results for Polnord
POLAND In the first quarter of the year, Polnord sold 278 apartments net (219 apartments in Q1 2016). Including its percentage share of apartment sales by companies that are not wholly owned by the group, the company had sales that were equivalent to 335 apartments.

EBRD interested in Griffin shares
POLAND Griffin Premium RE has concluded a framework agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the latter to purchase a stake in the company in a public offer that is currently in progress. EBRD can purchase 5 to 10 pct of Griffin Premium RE’s stock for a maximum price of EUR 20 mln.
