RSSEcho aims to raise PLN 300 mln from bonds
POLAND Echo Investment is considering a bond issue of up to PLN 300 mln or its equivalent in euro. The management of the board has passed a resolution over this issue and a prospectus has been submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

Marvipol and Panattoni have a loan
POLAND PDC Industrial Center 60 – an SPV company of Marvipol and Panattoni – has obtained a loan for a warehouse project in Warsaw. The loan for the construction of a logistic and warehouse centre was provided by MBank. It consists of a construction loan of EUR 26.8 mln (or 70 pct of the property’s market value), an investment loan of up to EUR 29 mln (or 70 pct of the property’s market value) and a VAT loan of up to PLN 20 mln.

CEE REGION Warimpex has sold a portfolio of eight hotels in the Czech Republic, Poland and Romania to the Thai investor U City. The portfolio comprises app. 50 percent of Warimpex's total real estate assets and has a property value of app. EUR 180 mln (excluding 50 pct stakes of UBM in two of the sold hotels in that portfolio).
