Loans for two Victoria Dom projects
POLAND Victoria Dom has secured two loan deals worth PLN 28 mln. The two loan agreements have been concluded with Bank Spółdzielczy in Ostrowia Mazowiecka, enabling Victoria Dom to finance the construction of the Viva Garden 3 and Viva Garden 4 residential projects in Warsaw’s Białołęka district.

Marvipol increases sales and plans to split
POLAND Marvipol has announced revenues of PLN 362.6 mln for H1 2016, which represents a y-o-y growth of 18 pct. The developer and automotive group also saw its net profit increase by 91 pct to PLN 19.4 mln.

POLAND Polnord saw its consolidated sales revenue for Q2 rise by over PLN 5 mln to PLN 35.8 mln compared to Q2 last year (PLN 30.3 mln) representing an 18.2 pct y-o-y rise.
