M7 raises EUR 35 mln and buys Prague office building
CZECH REPUBLIC/CEE REGION UK-based investor and asset manager M7 Real Estate has raised EUR 35 mln for its M7 CEREF I Central European real estate fund and purchased the Oregon House office building in Prague.
Investment still up in Poland
POLAND This year, commercial real estate investment volume in Poland should be of a similar level to that seen in 2015 when combined transactions worth more than EUR 4 bln were signed, claims Colliers International. In H1 2016, the transaction volume stood at app. EUR 2 bln.
