POLAND An application has been submitted at the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) concerning the establishment of a company of PKP and Trios Dutch Holdings (from the TPG group), which is to be involved in the development of the old Poznań Główny railway station.

POLAND In March, City Service Polska purchased shares in Parama Group, which includes a number of companies such as Atrium 21, Concierge–Zarządzanie Nieruchomościami, Gerente–Serwis Nieruchomości, Skydas–Przeglądy Budowlane, Hoone–Usługi Budowlane and Home Rent.

POLAND In Q1 2016 Robyg signed sales contracts for 727 apartments, Vantage Development sold 250 apartments, Dom Development found buyers for 615 apartments, Polnord sold 276 apartments and Archicom sold 215 apartments. For each of these companies this was the best first quarter on record.

HB Reavis profit up 175 pct
EUROPE In its last financial year Bratislava-based developer HB Reavis Group has posted a 175 pct y-o-y increase in consolidated net profit, to EUR 245 mln.
Austrians get together and pull out of Russia
EUROPE Immofinanz has entered into an agreement to take over another Austrian property company. It has acquired 25,690,167 ordinary shares, around 26 pct of the share capital and voting rights in CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft from O1 Group Limited and Terim Limited.
CCC to pay PLN 100 mln more
POLAND Footwear chain CCC will have to pay over PLN 100 mln more for the purchase a stake in online footwear retailer eobuwie.pl because the EBITDA of Eobuwie exceeded PLN 15 mln in 2015 – the agreed threshold above which the additional fee was to be charged.
