RUSSIA Setl City, a subsidiary of Russian holding Setl Group, has bought 147 ha in St Petersburg’s Moskovsky district from Israeli investment company Morgal Investments. According to Dentons, which advised the seller, the value of the transaction is app. USD 500 mln.
