Reprivatisation act signed off

POLAND Polish president Andrzej Duda has signed the small reprivatisation act, which regulates issues related to properties confiscated under the post-war Bierut decree.
The president signed the act after the Constitutional Tribunal judged it to be in accordance with the constitution (apart from one provision on the pre-emption right of the state and Warsaw city authorities to buy the properties if restituted and then put up for sale. Now's the time to buy

The investment market in Poland for Q1-Q3 2025 reflects stable market conditions, with year-to-date volume aligning closely with the Q1-Q3 of 2024. By the end of September, the Polish investment market reached a total volume of EUR 2.6 bln with 105 transactions, showing increased liquidity. GTC issues bonds worth EUR 450 mln
