RSSCinema City releases Q3 results
CEE REGION In the Q3 2012, Cinema City generated revenues of EUR 74.9 mln (an increase of 8.0 pct y-o-y). EBITDA and net income increased by 33 pct and 10 pct, respectively.
Echo Investment releases Q3 results

Rank Progress plans to start four new projects in 2013
POLAND Rank Progress has recorded a net profit of over PLN 36 mln for Q3 2012. At the end of the period the company’s total debt was down by 2 pct y-o-y and came to 47.7 pct, while the company’s short-term liabilities dropped by 66 pct from PLN 111.8 mln to PLN 38 mln.
Sweet deal for O1 and Tactics
Properties has sold 50 pct plus one share of JSC Bolshevik to Russian developer Tactics Group. JSC Bolshevik owns the 5.4 ha site of the former Bolshevik confectionery factory on Leningradksy Prospekt in Moscow.
J.W. Construction plans next projects
POLAND J.W. Construction generated revenues of PLN 211.4 mln in the first three quarters of the year, as well as an operating profit of PLN 41.5 mln and a net profit of PLN 2.5 mln.
Profits up for Inpro
POLAND TriCity-based developer Inpro generated app. PLN 66 mln in consolidated revenue from January until the end of September, representing a 22 pct y-o-y rise.
Erbud posts Q3 results
POLAND In Q3 Grupa Erbud experienced a 15 pct y-o-y decline in revenue to PLN 262.4 mln.
Robyg sees massive growth
POLAND Developer Robyg has recorded a revenue of app. PLN 319 mln for the first three quarters of 2012, a 263 pct rise on the same period of 2011.
Stable profits for GTC
CEE REGION Globe Trade Centre has announced that in Q3 its rental revenues increased 3 pct over the quarter to EUR 34 mln, while gross profit remained stable at EUR 24 mln.
Gamala takes more than a fifth of Orco
CZECH REPUBLIC Orco Property Group has confirmed that Crestline Ventures Corp has transferred 12,056,281 of the company’s shareholding in OPG to Gamala Limited.
Warsaw Financial Center sale goes through
POLAND The EUR 210 mln sale of the Warsaw Financial Center (WFC) to a joint venture between Allianz Real Estate (with an 87.5 pct stake) and Curzon Capital Partners III, L.P. (CCP III) has now been finalised.
More financing for Barłóg Kościelny ring road
POLAND The General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has secured additional financing from European Regional Development Fund of over PLN 43.79 mln for the construction of Barłóg Kościelny ring road, which is part of national road no. 61.

RUSSIA Residential and commercial developer Mirland has posted its results for the first nine months of the year.
Solar profits down
POLAND The Solar retail chain has registered a decrease in its net profit attributable to the shareholders of the parent company amounting to PLN 15.6 mln for the first three quarters of the year.
AmRest expands in CEE
EUROPE AmRest Group, which owns brands such as Pizza Hut, KFC, Starbucks and LaTagliatella, recorded a net profit of PLN 24.3 mln attributable to the shareholders of the parent company in Q3 2012, representing an improvement of app. PLN 1.8 mln compared to the same period of the previous year.
WDP sells Czech portfolio to CTP for EUR 25 mln
CZECH REPUBLIC Closed-end Belgian investment company Warehouses DePauw (WDP) has signed a binding agreement (subject to a number of conditions, including financing) for the sale of its 100 pct stake in Czech subsidiary WDP CZ.
