Poland sees fastest online sales growth
EUROPE Poland is to continue to see the fastest growth in online retailing in Europe having seen a 34 pct increase in the size of the sector last year, according to a report by Colliers International.
CBRE posts results
WORLD CBRE has reported its results for Q3 2012. Total revenue rose 1 pct to USD 1.56 bln compared to USD 1.53 bln in Q3 2011. Net income came in at USD 83.6 million, up by 8 pct on USD 77.7 million in Q3 2011.
Intercontinental Warsaw sold
POLAND UBM and Warimpex have signed a preliminary contract to sell the Intercontinental Warsaw Hotel to Deka Immobilien for EUR 103 mln.
GTC sells Platinium Park buildings

WBK finances Makrum hotel in Chorzów

Budimex profit down
POLAND After the first three quarters of the year Budimex recorded a net profit of PLN 76.6 mln, compared to PLN 194 mln in the same period of the previous year.

Biedronka releases Q3 results
POLAND The Biedronka retail chain, which belongs to the Jeronimo Martins group, has recorded EUR 7.954 bln in consolidated sales in Q3 this year, an increase of 8.7 pct. the company’s EBITDA increased by 5.2 pct, while its consolidated profit came to EUR 271.5 mln.

Rezidor sees improvement
WORLD Rezidor has released its Q3 results. Revenue was up by 8.3 pct to EUR 237.3 mln from EUR 219.4 mln in Q3 2011.
