Rank Progress plans to start four new projects in 2013
POLAND Rank Progress has recorded a net profit of over PLN 36 mln for Q3 2012. At the end of the period the company’s total debt was down by 2 pct y-o-y and came to 47.7 pct, while the company’s short-term liabilities dropped by 66 pct from PLN 111.8 mln to PLN 38 mln.
Sweet deal for O1 and Tactics
Properties has sold 50 pct plus one share of JSC Bolshevik to Russian developer Tactics Group. JSC Bolshevik owns the 5.4 ha site of the former Bolshevik confectionery factory on Leningradksy Prospekt in Moscow.
J.W. Construction plans next projects
POLAND J.W. Construction generated revenues of PLN 211.4 mln in the first three quarters of the year, as well as an operating profit of PLN 41.5 mln and a net profit of PLN 2.5 mln.

Robyg sees massive growth
POLAND Developer Robyg has recorded a revenue of app. PLN 319 mln for the first three quarters of 2012, a 263 pct rise on the same period of 2011.
Stable profits for GTC
CEE REGION Globe Trade Centre has announced that in Q3 its rental revenues increased 3 pct over the quarter to EUR 34 mln, while gross profit remained stable at EUR 24 mln.
