Romania eLog comes to CTPark Bucharest North

This is to be the company’s first operational hub in Romania.

CTPark Bucharest North, located in the Ștefănești–Afumați district in northeast Bucharest, has direct access to the Bucharest ring road, the A3 motorway, and DN2. The park has over 200,000 sqm gla over a 21 ha site. The tenants include Sezamo.ro, Mobexpert, Hell Energy Romania, and FineStore. CTPark Bucharest North has modular units ranging from 1,000 sqm to 20,000 sqm and BREEAM is certified.
