The buyer was represented by Colliers and law firm LS Corporate Legal Szermach, with financial advice from SP Corporate. The seller was represented by law firm A&O Shearman and CBRE. Archicom will now be focusing on the housing market and is thus raising capital for the development of the land bank.

The sale of City 2 is the latest step in the optimisation of our real estate portfolio. Our goal is to focus on building apartments for sale.

City 2 is located at ul. Traugutta 55 in Wrocław. The five-storey office building, which is part of the City Forum project, was designed by the SRDK Studio architectural studio. The development comprises almost 13,000 sqm and is almost fully leased to tenants who include Orange, NFZ, Bank Millennium, Asseco and City Space. The building is LEED ‘Platinum’ certified and also has Well Health & Safety certification.
