Cavatina Holding has a diversified financing structure for its projects, including bond issues, bank loans and equity. In 2024, the Group raised over PLN 160 mln as well as a further PLN 85 mln after the end of the financial year.

The sale and leaseback of such a prestigious mixed-use property as Cavatina Hall demonstrates that BPS Leasing is also ready to work on large, complex projects. Cavatina Hall A was built in 2020, and in February 2023 the complex was extended by building B, with an area of ​​around 4,8000 sqm. The complex comprises a total of 8,000 sqm of office space and is certified under BREEAM with a rating of ‘Excellent’. Additionally, it has a WELL Health-Safety rating. The centre is occupied by the Murapol Group, Pitney Bowes and CEVA Logistics Poland.
