Reino fund buys first office building
POLAND Luxembourg-based fund Reino RF CEE Real Estate SCA SICAV-RAIF, which is owned by Polish investor Reino Capital and Australian company Corvala, has made its first property purchase by buying the Malta House office building in Poznań and has now turned its attention to buying a building in Warsaw.

Eastnine buys Riga brewery property
LATVIA Swedish real estate company Eastnine has acquired a 4,000 sqm building that belonged to the former Kimmel brewing complex on Krišjāņa Valdemāra street in central Riga together with a 1.15 ha site, for a total transaction price of EUR 9.5 mln.

Intraco II sold
POLAND First Property Group has announced that it is selling its 50.3 pct stake in the Chałubińskiego 8 office tower in the centre of Warsaw for EUR 44 mln. The sale of the building, which was formerly known both as Intraco II and as Oxford Tower, should be completed by 31st March 2020, by which time the Polish tax authorities should have ruled on VAT issues related to the sale.
