TLG to merge with Aroundtown
EUROPE TLG Immobilien and Aroundtown have agreed on the terms of a merger whereby all the shares of TLG Immobilien will be replaced in new shares in the joint company based on an exchange of one share in TLG for 3.6 in Aroundtown.

POLAND The country’s housing market is becoming increasingly attractive for institutional investors, claims a report by Trei Real Estate, Catella Residential Investment Management and Wüest Partner Deutschland. Rental rates for apartments in Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź and Poznań have risen on average by a quarter since 2014.
