Hines brings another Korean investor to Poland
POLAND Hines has, on behalf of Korean Investor IGIS Asset Management, completed the acquisition of the Zalando Lounge distribution centre in the village of Ameryka near Olsztynek.

POLAND Seoul-based investment manager Mirae Asset Global Investments (MAGI) has purchased two logistic centres near Wrocław and Konin with a combined area of 163,135 sqm. Hines, which advised MAGI on the transaction, has been appointed to asset manage the properties.
