Ghelamco divests Wronia 31
POLAND Ghelamco Poland has completed the sale of the Wronia 31 office building in Warsaw’s Wola business district to the Encore+ fund managed by LaSalle Investment Management.
Echo issues more bonds
POLAND Echo Investment has issued unsecured bonds worth a total of PLN 100 mln under a PLN 1 bln Bond Issue Programme organised with Mbank.
GPRE to leave Polish Stock Exchange
POLAND Globalworth Holding has begun the delisting of Globalworth Poland Real Estate from the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The delisting of the Polish subsidiary, which is 99.6 pct owned by Globalworth Holding should be completed by the end of the year.

Globalworth announces two purchases
POLAND Globalworth has signed a conditional agreement to acquire Retro Office House in Wrocław and Silesia Star in Katowice for EUR 113.2 million. The contracts should be finalised in July.
Cordia granted over EUR 86 mln in financing
HUNGARY Futureal residential developer Cordia has signed loan agreements worth EUR 86.6 mln with OTP Bank, Takarék Group and Sberbank in order to finance five residential developments in Budapest.

POLAND GLL Real Estate Partners has completed the acquisition of Biura przy Bramie, which is the first building of Echo Investment’s Browary Warszawskie mixed-use complex in Warsaw’s Wola district. The property was sold for EUR 76.8 mln.

BALTIC STATES All the economies of the Baltic states maintained their growth last year and the rises look set to continue into 2019. Around 900,000 sqm of new commercial space is now planned to be delivered across all three Baltic capital cities, according to the latest report by Colliers International.
Northern Horizon raises EUR 20.5 mln
EUROPE Northern Horizon Capital., the managers of the Baltic Horizon Fund, has raised EUR 20.5 mln in a private placement. The placement, which targetted institutional investors in select European countries, was announced on February 25th and closed on April 11th 2019.
