H&M to pay out dividend
WORLD A dividend of SEK 9.75 (app. EUR 0.90) per share has been approved at the annual general meeting of Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) which is to be paid in two instalments over the year.
Atrium weighed down by Russia
EUROPE In the first quarter of the year Atrium European Real Estate saw 1.2 pct drop in net rental income to EUR 46.2 mln, on the EUR 46.8 mln recorded for the first quarter last year.

GPRE to leave Polish Stock Exchange
POLAND Globalworth Holding has begun the delisting of Globalworth Poland Real Estate from the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The delisting of the Polish subsidiary, which is 99.6 pct owned by Globalworth Holding should be completed by the end of the year.
