RSSZalando publishes results
EUROPE Zalando has reported increased revenues in Q2 of 20.9 pct to EUR 1,330.0 mln, a rise which is in line with its 20-25 pct growth target. The company’s adjusted EBIT came in at EUR 94 mln representing a margin of 7.1 pct.

Metropolitan has land to build on
POLAND Metropolitan Investment has extended its land bank with three plots in Siedlce, Ostrów Wielkopolski and Warsaw’s Wawer district. The plots, which were sold as a block, have a combined area of 4.7 ha.
LC Corp buys Praga plot
POLAND LC Corp has purchased a 0.74 ha plot on ul. Siennicka in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district for a net amount of PLN 9.5 mln.

SLOVAKIA The total real estate investment volume in Slovakia for H1 2018 reached just under EUR 500 mln, a significant amount compared to the EUR 535 mln for the entire 2017 and record breaking EUR 850 mln in 2016 – according to JLL.
