ESTONIA Ülemiste City developer Technopolis Ülemiste saw its net profit increase by 68 pct over 2017 to EUR 12 mln and its net sales rise by 5 pct to EUR 13.6 mln. At the end of the year, the company’s equity came to EUR 68.4 mln.

Marcelin sold to EPP
POLAND EPP has signed a preliminary purchase agreement for the King Cross Marcelin shopping centre in Poznań from King Cross Group at an initial yield of 7.3 pct (which compares to 7 pct in other regional markets). The transaction has a net value of EUR 91.1 mln.

POLAND CPI property Group has announced the acquisition of the Atrium Centrum and the Atrium Plaza office buildings in Warsaw.
CCC sees revenue drop
EUROPE CCC closed Q1 of this year with a 4 pct drop in revenues with sales of PLN 694 mln. Its online revenue increased by 52 pct to PLN 168 mln and its store area increased by 16,000 sqm to a total of 552,000 sqm in 934 stores, including 484 outside Poland. “

West Link sold
POLAND The sale of the West Link office building in Wrocław to Globalworth Poland has been completed. Echo Poland sold the building for EUR 35.8 mln by Echo Investment with the preliminary sales agreement having been signed in March 2017.
PIMCO and Echo agree on Resi4Rent
POLAND R4R Sarl, which is part of a PIMCO managed fund, and developer Echo Investment have set up Resi4Rent, a joint venture that is to be the largest residential rental platform in Poland.
