Modern office stock in Romania’s main regional cities – Cluj - Napoca, Timișoara, Iași and Brașov - currently stands at approximately 1.08 mln sqm, while no office project has been delivered in these markets over the past two years, according to 'Romania Office Report' released by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company.

The first stage of the modernisation of the Alkotás Point office building in Budapest has been completed. The property is part of the Torony fund portfolio, managed by Gránit Asset Management. The work included a technical upgrade of the building and the renovation of the common areas.

Global fintech group Capital.com has extended its lease agreement until 2032 for 3,000 sqm of office space on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the Skyliner office building in Warsaw. Over the past 12 months, lease extension agreements for a total of nearly 12,000 sqm have been signed for space in the building developed by Karimpol. This equates to 100 pct tenant retention in the first tower of the complex.
