POLAND WTW picks V Tower for Polish HQ
Global insurance company WTW has leased 2,400 sqm of office space in V Tower in central Warsaw for its new Polish headquarters.

Poland Regional markets becoming polarised
In the first half of 2026, gross office take-up across Poland's regional office markets reached 307,300 sqm, according to figures from JLL. At the same time, developers have continued to keep new construction to a minimum, fuelling demand for the best-quality buildings while making it harder to lease older office stock.

Poland Regional office stock above 6 mln sqm
The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) has published its latest figures for the second quarter of 2026, covering Poland's eight largest regional office markets. By the end of the first half of the year, the total stock of modern office space across the cities surveyed came to more than 6.76 mln sqm.

Poland Pruftechnik moves into B10 in Wrocław
Vastint Poland has signed a lease agreement with Pruftechnik, part of Fluke Corporation. The tenant has moved into the 2,370 sqm on the third floor of the B10 building next to the Wrocław-Mikołajów railway station.

Poland Forvis Mazars enters Lixa E
Forvis Mazars, a leading international audit, tax and advisory firm, has joined the tenants of Lixa E office building. The company’s Polish practice has leased nearly 2,500 sqm of modern office space in the building near Rondo Daszyńskiego, which will become its new Warsaw headquarters. Lixa E, part of Yareal Polska’s flagship office campus, is now almost fully leased.

Czech Republic Prague modern office stock just under 4 mln sqm

The members of the Prague Research Forum – CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, iO Partners, Knight Frank and Savills – share non-sensitive information with the intention of providing consistent, accurate and transparent data about the Prague office market.

Poland Panasonic to move into Olimpia
Japanese electronics giant Panasonic has leased office space at Olimpia Nova in Łódź. The deal is the first to be signed since the building was rebranded and relaunched, with JLL appointed as the exclusive leasing agent.

Poland Warsaw office market picks up pace as vacancy falls to 8.5 pct.
Warsaw's office market headed into the second half of 2026 with falling vacancy rates and strong leasing activity. By the end of the first half of the year, the vacancy rate had dropped to 8.5 pct., according to the latest CBRE data.

Poland Enea to occupy 11,700 sqm in Business Garden Poznań
The Enea Group has extended its lease agreement and expanded the workspace occupied in the Business Garden Poznań development by Vastint. Departments from the group's various companies, previously working in multiple places, will be consolidated in one location. In total, the Enea Group will occupy 11,700 sqm of office space – marking it the largest office transaction in the Poznań market so far this year.

International legal and tax advisory Fieldfisher has leased the entire ninth floor of the Studio A office building in Warsaw, which is owned by Stena Real Estate.

Romania Bucharest dominates the office market
During the first half of 2026, companies leased a total of 80,790 sqm of office space in Bucharest, representing a 29 pct increase compared with the same period of 2025, according to a report by Fortim Trusted Advisors, Alliance Member of BNP Paribas Real Estate. Cluj-Napoca also recorded stronger office leasing activity than in the first half of last year.
