RUSSIA The amount of vacant space in Moscow’s class ‘A’ offices at the end of H1 reached 25 pct, due to the strong level of new supply coupled by lower leasing activity, according to a research by Colliers International.

ROMANIA AFI Park 1, an office building in Bucharest, has been granted the LEED Gold certification under the LEED for Core & Shell Rating System. It is the first time an office building in Romania earns the green certificate.
