RSSTrimetis Group leases in Lublin
POLAND DACH-based IT company Trimetis Group is opening its Polish office. The headquarters will be situated in the Nord Office Park office complex in Lublin.

Cornerstone laid for Domaniewska Office Hub
POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has laid the cornerstone for its Domaniewska Office Hub complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. Scheduled to open at the end of Q2 2015 or in early Q3 2015, the two-building complex will offer app. 27,000 sqm of leasable office space.

Croatian authorities to move into Zagreb Tower
CROATIA Croatian Ministry of Environment has leased app. 9,400 sqm of office space and 100 parking spaces in Zagreb Tower, a 25,000 sqm office building in Croatia’s capital. As a result the building, in which CA Immo holds a 65 pct share, is now leased in nearly 100 pct.

Erbud to finish off Eurocentrum
POLAND Capital Park has selected the general contractor for the second stage of its Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw, which will involve constructing the Delta office building. For completing the task Erbud will cash in a net amount of nearly EUR 22.5 mln.
