Skanska signs first tenant for Bucharest office development
ROMANIA French pharmaceutical company Sanofi has leased app. 2,200 sqm of space in the second building of the Green Court Bucharest office complex in Bucharest, becoming its first tenant. The company plans on moving into the Skanska development’s Building B in June 2015.

ROMANIA Cyprus-based development and investment company Secure Property Development & Investment has taken over EOS Business Park, a Bucharest office building fully leased out by Danone Romania, for EUR 5.85 mln.

POLAND According to the ‘Office Market in Wrocław Q2 2014’ report prepared by Knight Frank, the vacancy rate on the Wrocław office market in Q2 averaged 9.9 pct, falling from the 12.8 pct registered in the previous quarter. It was also the best figure in the last five quarters.

Siemens opens 3,000 sqm technology hub in Cluj
ROMANIA Siemens has leased out an entire, 3,000 sqm building in the Liberty Technology Park Cluj office complex in Cluj-Napoca, to launch a R&D centre for its IT subsidiary, Evosoft. The new offices will ultimately house over 200 engineers involved in the software development across all Siemens units.

POLAND German publishing house CH Beck has renegotiated its lease of 1,500 sqm of office space in the North Gate office building in Warsaw.

The rise of The Tides
POLAND This Saturday the construction work is about to begin on the The Tides office and hotel project in Warsaw. Developed by the Tides company at the Vistula River embankment, the complex will be erected on the land plot now occupied by the Warsaw Rowing Association. The construction work is planned to be completed at the end of 2015 or in early 2016.

POLAND Getinge Shared Services has joined the list of tenants at Orange Office Park in Kraków by leasing out 2,000 sqm of the office space.
Cisco elbows in Enterprise Park
POLAND Avestus Real Estate, the company that is developing the Enterprise Park business complex in Kraków, has leased out 5,600 sqm of space in its part C, which is currently undergoing final stage of the construction work. Now, the commercialisation rate in the second stage of the development reached 95 pct.
