POLAND Echo Investment is planning to build a shopping and entertainment centre on ul. Kolejowa and ul. Kościuszki in Katowice.The mall is to have a leasable area of 48,000 sqm with 200 stores, a nine-screen multiplex and a fitness club.A car park for 2,000 vehicles is also to be built.
Rolf Import comes to Krugozor
RUSSIA Rolf Import, an importer of Mitsubishi cars, has signed a seven-year lease with O1 Properties for over 4,500 sqm of office space in the Krugozor business centre in Moscow.
Váci Greens to open in May
HUNGARY The Váci Greens building is to open in May 2013. The centre was originally planned to open this year but the opening date was put back due to the decision of Belgian developer Atenor to increase the total area of the building by a further 1,300 sqm on the top floor.
A4 Business Park to be built in Katowice

Savills sums up the retail market
POLAND According to preliminary data compiled by the Central Statistical Office (GUS), more than 119,170 apartments were finished in the period from January to October 2012, i.e. 18 pct more than in the same period in 2011 (when a decrease of 7.7 pct was registered) and 8.9 pct more than in 2010.
